大位移井钻柱扭转振动顶部扭矩负反馈减振研究

摘    要:在大位移井条件下 ,钻柱扭转振动相对较大 ,严重时甚至会出现周向粘滑振动。对大位移井钻柱扭转振动模型进行了适当简化 ,给出了钻柱扭转振动顶部扭矩负反馈减振问题的解析结果 ,证明了扭矩负反馈减振理论的正确性。提出了通过拉普拉斯变换解非零极点方程判断钻柱扭转振动衰减快慢的新方法 ,初步探讨了实现顶部扭矩负反馈减振须考虑的某些实际问题 ,其结果对今后相关问题的进一步研究有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In extended reach well, drillstring torsional vibration is comparatively severe. In some cases, it can be turned into torsional stick-slip vibration. A model of drillstring torsional vibration in extended reach well is simplified, and an analytical solution on torque feedback of drillingstring is obtained. The correctness of torque feedback for vibration suppression is proved. According to the relation between non-zero pole and modal damping exponent, some problems that should be tackled during the application of torque feedback to suppress drillstring torsional vibration are discussed. The results should be helpful to later research in this field.
