深井和超深井钻井井身结构设计方法

摘    要:根据深井钻井的特点以及钻井施工对井身结构设计的特殊要求 ,在传统井身结构设计方法的基础上 ,提出了井身结构设计的自下而上和自上而下二步设计法 ,并建立了相应的井身结构设计数学模型。自下而上设计法可用于计算每层套管的最浅下入深度 ,自上而下设计法可用于计算每层套管的最深下入深度。二者相结合使井身结构设计方法更趋合理

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics and requirements of deep well drilling in the complex geologic setting area, a new method for designing casing program is proposed on the basis of traditional design method. The new method for casing program design includes two steps, e.g. designing from bottom to top and from top to bottom of each layer in drilling formation. The minimum depth of casing for each layer can be obtained by the designing step from bottom to top, and the maximum can be obtained by the step from top to bottom. Casing setting depth can be designed more rationally by combining the two designing steps.
