低合金高强度结构钢埋弧焊丝盘条的研制

摘    要:为确保低合金高强度钢焊接结构的安全度,研制生产焊缝金属具有相应强度并有优良的抗裂性能和足够的塑韧性的焊材,与低合金高强度钢相匹配显得十分迫切.对低合金高强度结构钢埋弧焊丝盘条的成分进行科学设计,控制盘条中杂质元素含量,采用合理的生产工艺,得到埋弧焊丝盘条,再其表面质量、金相组织、盘条及其焊接接头性能等进行系统试验分析,结果表明该盘条综合性能优良,在国家重点工程——润扬长江公路大桥的建设中得到批量运用,为我国高性能焊接结构提供了一种优质焊接材料.

Abstract:To insure the constructional security of high strength with low alloy (HSLA) steels, it is necessary to develop welding steels with responding strength, excellent anti-crack performance and high tenacity to match with HSLA steels. A new wire rod adapted to submerged arc welding for HSLA steels has been studied. Through reasonable design of wire rod, controlling the content of impurity elements, and adopting appropriate process, the author obtained a submerged arc welding wire rod. The surface quality, morphology, properties of wire rods and mechanical properties of welded joints were discussed in detail. The new wire rod possesses fine compositive capability and has been widely used in the construction of Run-Yang Yangtse River Bridge.
