摘    要:纤维体积含量是决定纤维增强复合材料各项力学性能的一个重要参数.本文通过理论分析和实验,就纤维体积含量与聚酰胺6(锦纶)帘线/天然橡胶复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸模量的关系进行了研究,得到了纤维体积含量的理论下界极限和上界极限以及许用的上界极限.实验结果提供了有关参数和影响因素,这将对聚酰胺6帘线/天然橡胶复合材料的细观力学设计提供依据.

Abstract:Fibre volume fraction is a very important parameter that determines variety of properties of fibre- reinforced composite materials. In this paper, the relation between fibre volume fraction and tensile properties of ployamide 6 tyre cord/nature rubber was studied by theoretical analysis and experiment. Fibre volume fraction's theoretical lower limits, theoretical upper limits and perrnissive upper limits were obtained. Experiment results provided relevant parameters and effective factors. These will provide theoretical basis for micromechanics design of polyamide 6 tyre cord/nature rubber composite materials.
