| Abstract: | This design used Intel 89C52 for control center, and use 8 bit counter chips and 16 bit counter in 89C52 for counting sings. The frequency, periods and ratio of high\|level and low\|level can be measured. The circuis structure is simpleness an easy to realize. The design is provided with practicality. |
