| 摘 要： | 本文报道了以卤化物为催化剂，以乙酸乙酯为溶剂合成乳酸乙酯的新方法。研究了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂、溶剂的用量对乳酸转化率的影响，结果表明该方法工艺简单、产率高、产品易分离、无工业废物，是生产食用香料增效剂的理想方法。

| Abstract: | A new method on the synthesis of ethyl lactate was reported. This method uses acetic ether as sovent and chloride as catalyst. The effect of mole ratio of alcohol to Lactic acid,catalyst,and the amount of menstruum onpercent conversion was studied. The characteristic of this method is that the processing equipment is not sophisticated,yield ishigh,product is easy to be separated and there is no industrial waste. It is an edeal method of producing flavoru synergistic agent. |
