| 摘 要： | 基于知识图谱理论，针对CSSCI收录的2010年间企业管理文献进行可视化分析，绘制出企业管理的关键词、发文机构、被引期刊、被引文献、发文作者、被引作者等知识图谱．通过研究发现，我国2010年企业管理研究的热点集中在企业管理基础理论、企业绩效和企业创新等领域；发文作者与发文机构之间的关联较分散，高被引文献也与这些热点有关，被引文献主要来源于管理类期刊．这些研究发现为探寻企业管理研究的发展提供了契机，为企业管理研究者对本领域情况的了解提供了借鉴．

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of mapping knowledge domain, this article analyzes the keywords,institu- tions,periodicals,cited articles and writers of Business Management articles in 2010 from CSSCI using the software of Mapping knowledge Domain. It was found that, in 2010, the hot research of Business Management was concentrated on the basic theory of Business Management, business performance and enterprise innovation research field, association between of author and publishing agencies are dispersed, most reference documents were linked to the hot topic, and the reference documents were mainly from management periodicals. This provides a chance for exploring the development of Business Management research and references for the business industry. |
