| 摘 要： | 社会是企业的依托，企业是社会的细胞。企业的社会责任是调剂经济发展与社会进步的重要因素，同时也是衡量企业持续发展的重要指标。以欠发达地区民营企业的社会责任的缺乏为切入口，分析企业社会责任缺失的原因，并结合实际提出相应的对策，具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | The society is the prop of the enterprise. And the enterprise is the cell of the society. The social responsibility of the enterprise is an important factor in adjusting the economical development and social advancement, and it's also an important quota of judging the continuous development of the enterprise. The author begins with the lack of social responsibility of local privately owned enterprises in less-developed areas, analyses the reasons of the lack of social responsibility, and produces the corresponding countermeasures in accordance with the reality. Thus, this article has certain practical significance. |
