| 摘 要： | 介绍了3G时代图书馆参考咨询服务的现状,分析了目前手机/移动参考咨询服务采用的主要方式及存在的问题,对手机短信、飞信服务、腾讯QQ以及手机上网方式的优、缺点进行了总结,探讨了手机/移动参考咨询服务在移动图书馆的应用。
