| Abstract: | From the angle of scientific development of university library’s service, this paper analyzes university library’s participatory training for the new librarians, focusing on the strategies for participatory training for the new librarians including the training principle, figure analyzing, training plan making and training method selecting, etc., and probes into some contents related to the evaluation on participatory training for the new librarians. |
