The Comparison of Domestic and Foreign Supervision and Guarantee Mechanisms for Science and Technology Awards

This paper introduces the supervision institutions and supervision methods for science and technology awards in China,expounds the Scientific research integrity and academic supervision system in foreign countries,compares the differences and similarities between domestic and foreign supervision and guarantee mechanisms for science and technology awards,and puts forward some suggestions for China’s science and technology departments on guaranteeing the fairness and equity of science and technology awards through perfecting academic supervision mechanism and establishing academic credit system.
