摘    要:研究ECU硬件在环柴油机供油量不均匀性控制的仿真问题,基于Matlab/Simulink/RTW及dSPACE系统建立了柴油机供油量不均匀调节ECU硬件在环仿真系统,在Matlab/Simulink中用部分MAP法建立了一个四缸柴油机模型,利用该系统进行了不均匀性油量调节试验.结果表明,采用硬件在环仿真可以方便快捷地对控制系统进行测试,可以通过改变单缸供油量改善柴油机的工作不均匀性.该方法为ECU的测试提供了一种新的手段.

Abstract:Develops a new ECU test method and studies the fueling variations among cylinders by means of ECU hardware-in-loop simulation. Sets up a system of ECU hardware-in-loop simulation based on Matlab/Simulink/RTW and dSPACE. A four-cylinder diesel engine under consideration is treated by means of partial MAP, and experiments on fueling variations adjustments undertaken. The results show that control system can be tested quickly with hardware-in-loop simulation, and the fueling variations improved through changing the amount of fuel injected in a single cylinder.
