| 摘 要： | 本文以体育专业篮球教师为对象,以体育专业学生为实验样本,对教师的主观性因素在体育技评中的影响进行了探讨。研究方法采用自然实验法,借用录像手段进行两次评分(第二次评分采取人为实验控制)。结果发现:1)体育技评中确实存在着差异性。2)任课教师与非任课教师的技评特点也有差异。3)体育技评中教师在一定程度上受动机暗示的影响。4)第一印象和晕光效应在体育技评中起某些作用。

| Abstract: | This article concentrates on the factors of subjectivity in motor grading. Thestudy used method of field experiment. It is made up of 4 parts: 1) Characteristicsof the disparity in motor skill grading; 2) In motor, skill grading a comparisonbetween the teacheres they had teached the students (subjects of the experiment)and the teacheres they had not; 3) Relationship between motivational hint andmotor skill grading; 4) The first impression and holo effect in motor skill grading. |
