| 摘 要： | 松软破碎的巷道顶板在使用树脂锚杆支护时，极易造成粘结失效现象。为了解决这一问题，出现了一种具有强胀锚力的塑料胀壳式锚杆。这种铺杆是一种新型端头锚圃式锚杆，由高性能工程塑料制成的锚头与金属杆体组成。这种锚杆通过独特形式锚头和锚壳的紧密配合，可对锚杆孔壁施加很大的横向挤压力，使锚杆在大变形下应能保持较高的锚固力，特别适合有较大变形的各类软岩巷道支护。另外，采用不同类型锚头，可制成杆体可回收式、外锚内注式注浆锚杆和围岩深部基点位移计等几种不同用途的锚杆产品。

| Abstract: | When resin bolt is used in soft broken tunnel roof,it is extremely easy to create the glue abate.Now appears a sort of plastic expansion shell bolt,which has strong expansion anchor-hold.The plastic expansion shell bolt is a kind of new end anchoring bolt.It is made by high performance engineering plastics anchor head and metal body.With the specified compact corporation of anchor head and bolt shell,it can bring large pressure to bear on hole wall,which makes it keep high anchor-hold under large deformation,the bolt can be applied in all kinds of soft rock coal tunnels where there is large deformation.In addition,different kinds of bolt products,such as recoverable bolt,grunting bolt with outer anchor inner grunt and base displacement of deep surrounding rock can be made by different bolt heads. |
