Ni/WC与NiCrBSi复合涂层耐冲蚀性能的研究

摘    要:冲蚀磨损是工业生暗中常见的一种磨损破坏现象,也是很多机器设备、零部件磨损报废,使用寿命减少的主要原因,采用等离子喷涂技术,在受到慢磨损的机器零部件表面上喷涂一层耐冲蚀磨损性能高的涂层,是提高机器使用寿命的关键。通过试验表明,等离子喷涂Ni/WC与NiCrBSi复合粉涂层具较高的抗冲蚀磨损性能;在Ni/WC+NiCrBSi基础上再添加少量Ni/Al,能进一步提高涂层的耐冲蚀磨损能力。

Abstract:Erosive wear is common phenomenon in industrial production.It is also the main cause of the equipment parts damage. The surface coating of high erosive wear resistance can prolong the service life of the equipment remarkably. According to the results of the tests, Ni/WC NiCrBSi plasma_sprayed coatings possess higher erosive wear resistance. With suitable amount of Ni/Al added, the weariability can be raised to an even higher level.
