新生代农民工市民化问题研究

新生代农民工市民化有利于我国“三农”问题的最终解决、城市化进程的加快、和谐社会的构建。促进新生代农民工市民化应从政府、企业和社会三个层面做出努力，政府应完善相关的法律法规，企业应履行社会责任，保障新生代农民工的合法权益及社会应提供强有力的社会支持系统等。

Study on the Urbanization of New Generation Migrant Workers

The new generation migrant workers＇ urbanization is good for the final solution of ＂the issue of agricul- ture, rural areas and farmers＂ in China, speeding up the process of urbanization, building a harmonious society. To promote the new generation migrant workers＇ urbanization, the government, enterprises and society should make efforts that the government should perfect the relevant laws and regulations, enterprises should fulfill social respon- sibility and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers, and society should provide a strong social supporting system.
