| Abstract: | According to the theory of learning- type organization, this paper probes into the importance and importance of building a learning- type library, and puts forward some measures of building the learning- type library such as strengthening the coordination and leader, establishing the systematical protection, transforming the managerial conception, perfecting the feeding back mechanism, and increasing the scale of investment. |
