镜像投影的特点及应用

The Characteristic and Application of Mirrored Orthographic Representation

In this paper,the mirrored orthographic representation is studied. The background of drafting internal and international standards is introduced. Its characteristic is analyzed and its application in engineering drawing is presented. In direct projection, the face of object that will be represented is always situated directly towands the observer, whether in the first angle projection method ,or in the third angle projection method. The advantage of mirrored orthographic representation is that the face of the object that will be represented is always situated with back towards the observer.In civil engineering, some special construction can be represented more clearly by mirrored projection method.
