| 摘 要： | 社会公正是社会主义和谐社会的首要价值,反映了构建社会主义和谐社会的首要价值诉求。在当代中国,实现社会公正也是构建和谐社会的现实诉求,各种不和谐因素,归根到底,就是利益分配的不平等。在市场经济发展中,社会公平就是实现资源或利益的平等分配,尤其是社会财富的合理分配。同时,社会公正也是对马克思、恩格斯提出的社会公正思想的继承和发展。具有中国特色的社会主义公正,反映了和谐社会中构建公正思想的理论诉求。
