摘    要:针对供应链产品成套性评价的相关理论比较匮乏,结合Petri网可视化建模工具可以直观描述供应链系统的优点,提出了基于广义随机Petri网(GSPN)的供应链产品成套性建模和仿真方法。利用GSPN与Markov链的同构关系,计算供应链系统的稳态概率和各库所的忙闲程度,以确定系统模型的性能指标,通过实证分析验证了该方法的有效性,丰富了供应链产品成套性评价方法的理论。

Abstract:Focusing on the shortage of the theory on product nature of complete set in supply chain, a method of modeling and simulation for nature of complete set modeling and analysis in supply chain based on generalized stochastic Petri nets (GSPN) was proposed, whose advantages visual modeling tools could describe the supply chain systems. Utilizing the equivalence relation between GSPN and Markov chain, the steady-state probability was calculated and each place busy/idle condition was evaluated in supply chain system in order to determine the system performance index. The effectiveness of this method was proved through empirical analysis. The theory on evaluation method of product nature of complete set in supply chain was enriched finally.
