| Abstract: | Regarding flood preventing, flood disaster reducing and the total maximum economic results as the objective functions, this paper proposed a mathematical program model for the comprehensive control and harness of small drainage area flood. The application and checking results based on the practical data showed that this model is both reasonable and practicable. |
