| 摘 要： | 中部作为全国经济发展的关键地区,要实现“中部崛起”应遵循加强技术创新、发展高科技、实现产业化的指导方针,实施高新技术跨越发展战略。资金瓶颈是中部高新技术产业发展面临的头等难题,笔者认为,中部应通过发展壮大技术产权资本市场实现科技与资本的融合,推动中部高新技术产业化,实现中部地区的“自主崛起”。 |
