| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relation between the sovereignty of college recruiting students and education fairness in the college entrance examination reform, and indicates that enduing college with the legal sovereignty is very necessary. In the end, raises some policy suggestions about enlarging the sovereignty of college recruiting students, at the same time, considering the education fairness. |
