| Abstract: | The document acquisition,which is an important and complicated work in the library,the document acquisition librarian to possess corresponding working abilities,in which the decision-making ability,cooperative ability and control ability are especially important.This paper expounds in detail these three kinds of abilities of document acquisition librarian,and points out that learning and practice ate the effective methods for improving the abilities. |
