摘    要:针对教育部提出的"创新人才培养模式",通过分析高校实验教学现状,提出了实验教学改革方面的措施:1)设置多层次的教学内容;2)采取灵活多样的教学手段;3)引入课堂讨论式的教学方式;4)打造高水平的教师队伍;5)建立创新开放型实验室。通过改革实验教学的方式,提高学生的创新应用能力,培养出适应社会发展需要的创新型实践型的卓越人才。

Abstract:In response to the cultivation model innovativetalents,we analyzed the status of the college laboratory teaching,and proposed several reform measures for experimental teaching:1) setting multi-level experimental teaching contents;2) using flexible experimental teaching methods;3) using discussion-style teaching methods;4)constructing a high level team of experimental teaching;5) establishing the open and innovative laboratories.By the reform of experimental teaching,the students' ability of innovative applications can be improved,and the cultivated superior talents will be innovative and practical which is required for social development.
