G105钢及其化学镀Ni—P合金的化学腐蚀磨损

摘    要:研究了无润滑磨损条件下,G105钢及其化学镀Ni—P合金在空气和氮气中的化学腐蚀磨损行为.结果表明,两种材料的磨损速度随载荷、滑动速度增大而增大,磨擦系数随之降低.气体介质中的氧含量对G105钢影响较大.在无润滑磨损条件下,化学镀Ni—P合金不适合作为G105钢抵抗化学腐蚀磨损的表面改性镀层.

Abstract:The chemical corrosive wear behaviours of steel G105 and electroless Ni-P alloy in air and nitrogen were studied in the condiction of unlubracation wear in this paper. The results show that the wear rates of the two materials increase and the friction coefficients decrease with increasing of normal load and sliding speed. Oxygen in the gas has obvious influence to the behaviours of steel G105. At the condition of unlubratation wear, it is not suitable that eletroless Ni-P alloy acts as a protective coating on steel G105.
