织机后梁动态性能分析

摘    要:在织造过程,经纱的动态张力呈周期性变化,导致活动后梁位置的相应变化;而后梁的摆动反过来又对经纱张力的波动产生影响。作为力的传递介质,经纱的动态特性必然影响后梁的运动。本文在分析后梁动态性能时,将经纱视为粘弹性体,在自动控制理论的基础上,建立了后梁系统的数学模型,列出影响后梁动态性能的诸因素,分析了经纱的急弹性模量、缓弹性模量以及粘滞系数与后梁系统频率响应之间的联系。

Abstract:Periodic variations of warp tension during a weaving cycle results in corresponding change of back rest position. The oscillation of the latter affects the former in return. As a force transfer medium, warp yarn,with specific dynamic performances, is with no doubt one of the factors influencing the movement of back rest. In this paper, warp yarn is regarded as a viscoelastic medium in studying the dynamic behaviours of back rest. A mathematical model of back rest system is developed on basis of auto control theory and a number of such factors are listed. Analytical work is carried out to identify the effects on the frequoncy response of back rest system resulted from variations of such parameters as modulus of elasticity, fast-elastic or slow-elastic deformations, and viscosity coefficient.
