基于小波变换与Hilbert变换的QRS波检测方法研究

摘    要:针对心电波形检测中小波算法的缺点,将小波变换与Hilbert变换结合应用于QRS波的检测中。利用这2种数学工具的特性,提出了一种新的检测算法,该方法可以有效地从其它波形(Q波、S波、P波和T波)中将R波检测出来。在虚拟仪器的开发平台——Lab VIEW图形化编程语言基础上,通过MIT/BIH心电数据库验证,R波的检测率可达99.74%。

Abstract:In order to deal with the disadvantages in ECG waveform detection by wavelet,the wavelet and the Hil-bert transform are used for QRS detection in this study.From the properties of these mathematical tools it was possible to develop an algorithm,which is able to differ-entiate the R waves from the others(Q,S,P and T wa-ves).An R detection rate of 99.74% was achieved against MIT/BIH arrhythmia database by the G language.
