摘    要:利用分子印迹技术,结合聚苯胺、多壁碳纳米管和金纳米粒子-丝素蛋白复合物构建新型检测多巴胺的分子印迹电化学传感器。分子印迹聚合物以多巴胺为模板,正硅酸乙酯和苯基三乙氧基硅烷为功能单体合成。当pH值为7.0,模板与单体的物质的量比为1∶5时,该传感器的线性范围为5.0×10-8~9×10-6mol/L,检测限(LOD)为1.02×10-8mol/L。重复实验的相对标准偏差为5.4%。

Abstract:A novel sensitive molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor has been developed for selective detection of dopamine by combination of polyaniline,multiwalled carbon nanotube and gold nanoparticle-silk fibroin composite.The molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was synthesized using dopamine as the template molecule,tetraethyl orthosilicate and triethoxyphenylsilane as the functional monomers.Under pH=7.0 and the template-monomer ratio of 1∶5,the current response had a linear relationship with the concentration of dopamine in the range of 5.0×10-8 mol/L~9×10-6 mol/L,with a limit of detection 1.02×10-8 mol/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD) of the repeated experiments was 5.4%.
