| 摘 要： | 本文主要分析了高校国防教育的历史和现实意义,初步探索了当前高校国防教育的现状并分析其原因,提出对策:提高认识,统一思想;加大投入,完善设施;完善教学机制,坚持按纲施教;严格训练、严格要求、严格管理;健全机构,优化队伍;依法施训,确实实现国防教育的制度化;创造良好的外围社会环境。
