| 摘 要： | 通过检测维吾尔药神香草对哮喘大鼠血清嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子-2(Eotaxin-2)、嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子-3(Eotaxin-3)和可溶性P选择素(sP-selectin)的影响,探讨神香草治疗哮喘的作用机制。采用的方法是,将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、哮喘模型组、地塞米松治疗组、神香草高剂量治疗组和低剂量治疗组。采用卵清白蛋白(OVA)、氢氧化铝及百白破疫苗联合致敏和OVA生理盐水雾化激发的方法制备哮喘模型。计数各组大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)的个数;采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测大鼠血清Eotaxin-2、Eotaxin-3和sP-selectin的水平。结果显示,与模型组相比,各治疗组大鼠BALF中EOS的个数明显减少,血清Eotaxin-2的水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与神香草低剂量治疗组相比,高剂量治疗组大鼠BALF中EOS的个数明显减少,血清Eotaxin-2的水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组大鼠BALF中EOS的数量与血清Eotaxin-2水平密切相关(r=0.829),与血清Eotaxin-3和sP-selectin水平...

| Abstract: | The Uygur medicine Hyssopus officinalis L. on serum Eotaxin-2,Eotaxin-3 and sP-selectin levels of asthma rats is studied for the mechanism of its treatment of asthma.
