地方文献采访工作中社会信息档案的建立探讨

地方文献具有与其他文献不同的地方特色,地方文献征集工作是图书馆地方文献部门与其他部门所不同的重要工作,而征集工作中的采访工作是一个重要环节,地方文献采访人员必须建立采访工作中的社会信息档案,才能准确、快速地征集到文献。社会信息档案的建立模式如何,关系到对信息的浏览、查找的速度及数据的完整性,建立的档案,必须保证信息的有效性,及时维护和拓展信息档案对地方文献的征集工作起到一定的促进作用。

Probe into the Establishment of Social Information Archives in Local Literature Acquisitioning Work

ABSTRACT： Local literature possesses the local characteristics which are different from the characteristics ot omer literatures, local literature collection work is an important work of library＇s local literature department which is different from the works of other departments, and the collection work is an important link in acquisitioning work, local literature acquisitioning personnel must establish social information archives in acquisitioning work for accurately and quickly collecting the literature. The establishment model of social information archives is related to information browsing and searching speed and the data integrity, the established archives must guarantee the validity of the information, and timely maintenance and expansion of information archives play a certain role in the collection of local document.
