| Abstract: | In this paper ,we have made a study on the extractive method and determined pigmnt properties of Fruit of Japanese Rose . We have studied the stability of pigments in heat, light acid and base and provided scienlific basis for the extraction and application of pig-ments of Fruit of Japanese Rose. |
