| 摘 要： | 以部分河南高校拥有的88台精密贵重仪器设备为对象,调查了其在2006年度的使用情况,从利用机时、人才培养、科研成果、服务收入、功能开发等方面进行了定量评价;对提高仪器设备使用效益应采取的措施进行了专家咨询、分析与归纳.

| Abstract: | Taking the 88 precision and valuable instruments of some universities and colleges in Henan Province as the study objects,we investigated the uses of the instreements in 2006.We evaluated the uses of the instruments from the following aspects;the hours,the personnel cultivation,the scientific reseach results,the benefits of the service,the exploration of the functions,etc.dealing with the uses of the instruments.We want to put forward some suggestions and to improve the beneficial results of the instruments. |
