| Abstract: | The librarian should have a good use of facial expressions,body language,space language,ob-ject language and deportment instrument and other silent language controlling strategy,carry out different modes of communication with readers,and make a regulation and maintenance of intimacy between librarians and readers to achieve highly efficient and harmonious library information service. |
