| Abstract: | This paper discusses the influences of mobile reading on the reading behaviors of colleges and universities readers and the service strategy that college and university librarieshave adopted under mobile read-ing environment. Mobile reading should be informational and intelligent and provide teachers and students with better knowledge and information services. |
