高校在依法治校中的现状及对策研究

依法治校是“依法治国”方略在高校管理中的具体体现．当前高校管理中存在的突出问题呼唤着依法治校的深入发展。高校应把大力推进依法治学、治教、治校作为一项重要的新世纪工程．最终实现高校管理工作的法制化、规范化和科学化。

Current Situation and Study on Countermeasure of the University Management in Accordance With the Law

University management in accordance with the law embodied concretely the law of "run the country acc ording to law"general plan.The outstanding problem existing in university's management at present promoted the deepening development of the school management in accordance with the law.The university should regard advancing and pursuing scholarly work,managing teaching,managing the school in accordance with the law as an important project of new century to realize legalization,standardization and scientification of university's management finally.
