| 摘 要： | 通过对高职食品、药品类英语教学的调查分析与研究，从课程设置、教材建设、教学方法、教学评估等实证方面总结论证了建构“以发展学生职业英语能力为中心”的职业英语教学新体系，培养高职学生的职业英语应用能力，提高学生未来职业生涯中所需的职业英语素质的教学模式的可行性。
