| 摘 要： | 试验研究了废黄河竖井双层涵洞输送水流和泥沙运动特性。试验表明：竖井进口段过水断面呈渐趋收缩状，涵洞泄流能力增大；在通过小流量时，下层涵洞流速大，有利于依靠水力输沙；双层涵洞中间隔层具有随上下层涵洞流速差减小、脉动压力影响趋于微弱的性质。提出了轮换开启部分闸门，使开启涵洞内平均流速大于泥沙不淤流速的调控方法，解决了双层涵洞安全输送泥沙的工程措施问题。

| Abstract: | The double layer culvert is a new kind of structure form.Water transportation and sand movement characters in the shaft double layer culvert are studied in this article.The controling method without silting velocity in culverts and the method for local improvement are put forward and design is improved. |
