大型变压器介质油放线菌的研究

摘    要:用自制的 JOA液体培养基从报废的大型变压器介质油中分离得到枝动菌和罗思氏菌 ,并对其形态、细胞壁化学组分及一些生理生化特性进行实验分析 .结果表明 ,这两种放线菌都能以变压器介质油为惟一碳源进行生长繁殖 ,前者为革兰氏染色阴性 ,培养早期断裂为杆状 ;后者为革兰氏染色阳性 ,有明显的分枝菌丝 .

Abstract:Using the self made liquid culture medium JOA, we isolate Mycoplana and Rothia from the wasted medium oil of a large size transformer. The authors studied their morphologies, characters of physiology and biochemistry, the chemical composition of the cell wall. Both Mycoplana and Rothia can grow in the medium oil which is taken as only carbon source. Mycoplana is gram negative, fragmentates during early age. Rothia is gram positive and has obvious branching myceleum.
