摘    要:采用微型固定床反应装置,评价了现有工业上7种催化剂。考察了3771的焙烧温度、焙烧时间、还原温度、不 及反应温度对CH4/CO2催化重整反应性能的影响。使用该催化剂合成气的收率最高。

Abstract:The effects of the selection of catalyst, calcinating temperature, calcinating time, reduction temperature, reduction time and reaction time on the reaction performance of the reforming process are evaluated and examined on a micro fixed bed reaction device. Also studied are the effects of different ratio of synthetic gas while keeping the space velocity constant and the effects of different space velocity while the ratio of synthetic gas is fixed. It has been found that the catalyst 3771 has higher catalytical reactivitites than the other six examined catalysts.
