| 摘 要： | 高职教育以市场需求为导向，以培养高素质技能型人才为目的，但如何使学生在动态的职业环境中，不断更新自己的知识能力体系。充分体现出职业能力的柔性和弹性，这是广大高职教育工作者所面临的挑战。针对这些问题，设计高职学生动态职业能力体系模型——“陀螺模型”，并阐述该模型的内涵，为我国高职教育工作者起到一个抛砖引玉的作用。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational and technical education is oriented to meet the demands of talents markets,and intended to foster talents with high technical skills and personal qualities. But it brings about some challenges to the education staff as for how to have our students adapt themselves to the new work environments,refresh their knowledge system,as well as be flexible in the real work environments. Taking these into account,the author puts forward the Top Model of the dynamic professional competence for the higher vocational and technical students,and also elaborateds the implication of this model,which will play a heuristic role for the related education staff in our country. |
