金融约束与我国金融改革

本文通过对金融抑制、金融自由化、金融约束理论的介绍，结合我国具体实际，作出了我国现阶段实施金融约束政策是我国金融改革的相机选择的判断，同时提出了我国实施金融约束政策存在的问题。指出金融约束是促进金融深化过程中的一个阶段。

Financial Restriction And Financial Reform of China

According to practical conditions this paper discusses the theories of financial restraint, financial restriction and financial liberty, and concludes that the policy of financial restriction is necessary, which is the corresponding choice during the financial reform. At the same time, it points out some problems that exit in the policy of financial restrainability, saying that it is a phase that promote financial process and deepen the financial reform.
