花椒籽开发利用研究进展

摘    要:综述了花椒籽的结构及主要成分,对比了花椒籽油的几种生产工艺,包括传统的压榨法、浸提法和超临界萃取法,介绍了花椒籽在食用、药用、工业方面的应用,并指出改进花椒籽油提取工艺;合理利用花椒籽残渣;开展花椒籽油联合精制工艺及其抗氧化性的研究是今后的研究重点。

Abstract:This paper reviews the structure and main components of Zanthoxylum, bungeanum Max. seed, compares several production processes of the seed oil of Z. bungeanum Max. which include traditional process of pressure solvent extraction and supercritical fluid extraction , and introduces the application of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim seed in edible, medical and industrial field and points out the future research topics and directions such as improving extract technology, reasonable use of residue, combined refinement, and antioxidation.
