滑油冷却器强化换热试验研究

摘    要:对3个采用整体针翅管的滑油冷却器进行了传热试验,结果表明:经改进后的滑油冷却器具有良好的强化换热效果.当换热管数量减少1/2,在相同的油质量流量下,强化管冷却器的换热量是光管滑油冷却器的1.06倍,换热系数是光管滑油冷却器的2.2倍.

Abstract:Experimental research on enhancement heat transfer of lubricating-oil cooler with integral pin-fin tube is reported in this paper. The experimental results show the excellent heat transfer performance of the improved oil cooler.When the number of heat transfer tubes is cut down by 1/2 and the amount of oil flow keeps unchanged, the amount of heat transfer of enhancement tubes is 1.06 times that of smooth oil_cooling tubes, while the heat transfer factor of the former is 2.2 times that of the latter.
