| 摘 要： | 标准是把好质量关的前提,要提高高职院校人才培养的质量,对＂双师型＂教师资格认证标准的完善必须提上日程。建立教师定期到企业实践制度和校内徒弟制度,走校企合作、工学结合之路是高职院校＂双师型＂教师培养的根本途径。
