| 摘 要： | 对管理人员进行有效监管是建立健全现代企业制度的重要内容。本文应用 2个博弈模型———未引入奖惩机制的单纯监督博弈模型和引入奖惩机制的监督博弈模型来研究如何实现对管理人员的有效监管。论文指出降低监督成本和提高惩罚的效用是实施有效监管的必要前提 ,并分析了使用信息技术提高监督效率和建立具良好信息传递机制的管理人员人才市场对实施有效监管的重要作用

| Abstract: | How to supervise managers effectively is a key to build and consummate modern enterprise system.To analyze this prolblem,the paper designs 2 model:a pure monitor game model and a monitor game model with rewards and punishments.It points out that decreasing monitor costs and increasing punishments'effect is a precondition to implement effective supervision.Improving information collection efficiency through IT technologies and building a manager human resource market with good information transmission system will exert benign influence on supervision. |
