| 摘 要： | 借助信息非对称理论,分析了食品安全问题产生的经济原因。通过信息经济学若干模型的分析,指出了解决食品安全问题的若干途径,并提出在法治对策上应从建立信息对称的和谐食品消费环境、促进食品产业联盟以提高食品企业声誉、加强食品安全监管、健全食品安全统一执法协调机制、完善地方食品安全法规体系等对策。

| Abstract: | This paper analysis the economic reasons of food safety issues based on the asymmetry information theory.Through the analysis of information economics models,the article pointes out the ways to solve the food safety problem,and proposes the lawful measures on establishment of information symmetry and harmonious environment for food consumption,promotes food industry alliance to improve food reputation,strengthen food safety supervision,improve the coordination mechanism of unified law enforcement on food safety,improve the legal system on local food security. |
