虚拟DCS开发及应用研究

摘    要:论述了虚拟DCS的概念以及DCS生命周期中的3种形式(仿真DCS、虚拟DCS、激励DCS),介绍了虚拟DCS的相关技术,包括技术资源、虚拟算法库、虚拟分散处理单元及仿真功能.通过对过热汽温控制系统的实例,表明了基于虚拟DCS技术为DCS的培训、应用和开发提供了良好的软件平台.

Abstract:The conception of virtual DCS is proposed in this paper as well as the three categories of DCS life-cycle i. e. simulation DCS, virtual DCS and stimulation DCS. The virtual DCS and the related technology is discussed here. It is of the following critical parts as technology resources, virtual algorithm base, virtual distributed processing unit and simulation unit. It can be seen from of the simulation results of superheated steam temperature control system, the virtual DCS supplies an ideal software platform for the training, applying and developing of DCS.
