| 摘 要： | 科研水平是衡量高校办学水平和学术水平的一个重要指标。因此,申请到高层次、高质量的研究课题对高校来说具有非常重要的现实意义。本文以申报教育部人文社科规划项目获准为例,谈撰写课题申请书的写作程序与技巧,以期对提高我校科研基金项目申请的中标率有所裨益。
